中文摘要	针对求解多峰函数优化问题全局最优解的特殊困难,提出一种区域性两阶段演化算法(RT-EA),详细介绍了该算法的作用机制、算法策略和算子设计,深入分析了该算法具有能避免“早熟”、一次运行可获得全部最优解等特性.实验结果表明,RTEA用于求解较低维的多峰函数优化问题是高效的,具有较高的求解质量和较快的收敛速度.; A regional two-stage evolutionary algorithm(RTEA) has been proposed to find a solution to the special difficulty in solving the global optimization of multimodal function.The mechanism of algorithm,the strategy of algorithm and the design of operator have been discussed in detail.The character of algorithm,such as avoiding prematurity and getting all the optima at a time,has also been analyzed thoroughly.The results show that RTEA is efficient in solving low-dimension multimodal function optimization problems,with high quality of the solutions and fast convergent rate.; 【作者单位】集美大学计算机工程学院福建厦门361021；【作者英文名】JIA Hong-wei(School of Computer Engineering,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,China)
