中文摘要	采用三维有限元法分析了TEM传输室的高次模截止频率和谐振频率。在有限元分析软件ANSYS下进行了建模求解,提供了一种快速、准确求解TEM传输室谐振频率的有效方法。通过实验分析,证实了对场分布影响较大的第一阶谐振频率是TE101模,TE101模的谐振频率是TEM传输室的上限使用频率。; The high order mode cutoff frequencies and resonant frequencies of TEM cell were analyzed using finite-element method (FEM). The modeling and solution were carried out under the environment of the FEM software ANSYS, thereby an efficient method to solve the resonant frequencies of TEM cell rapidly and accurately was provided. Through the experiment, it was validated that the first frequency that have great effect on the field distribution is TE101, and the resonant frequency of TE101 is the limited frequency of TEM cell.; 【作者单位】集美大学机械工程学院；
