中文摘要	提出并实现了以快速原型 (RP)技术和电弧喷涂技术 (AMS)为核心的板料成形模具快速制造新工艺。详细介绍了该工艺中涉及的诸多技术问题 ,如面向板料成形模具的光固化原型制造、石膏过渡模型翻制、金属电弧喷涂工艺参数及模具加固等问题 ,并提出二次结构设计方法。通过实验分析了水固比对石膏浆料浇注性能和凝固体强度的影响。应用该工艺方法制造了典型的板料冲压模具 ,证明该工艺方法能实现板料成形模具的快捷、低成本制造。; A rapid manufacturing process for sheet metal stamping with RP and arc spraying metal(AMS) as its key technologies, namely RP-AMS process, is developed. Sheet metal stamping dies can be rapidly manufactured with low-cost by the process that also provides an effective technological means for the implement of dies-modification algorithm. Some technological problems in RP-AMS process, such as dies-oriented stereolithography(SL) prototype fabrication、plaster transition molding manufacturing、metal arc spraying and dies-reinforcing, are solved in this paper. A way of secondary structure-design is brought forward in this paper. Via experiments , analyzing the influences of water-plaster ratio on the plaster molding performance and plaster coagulum strength.
