中文摘要引入颗粒返混系数,计算长曲率半径出口、长T型出口、平直拐角出口等3种特殊CFB锅炉出口条件下的顶部传热系数,并与光滑出口条件下传热系数计算结果进行对照。结果表明:在任意炉膛出口条件下,炉膛顶部区颗粒团对流传热系数随颗粒返混系数的增加而增加;炉膛顶部总传热系数随着炉膛温度的增加而线性增加;炉膛顶部总传热系数随着固体颗粒粒径的增大而减少,但当粒径超过300mm后,总传热系数减少的幅度变缓;顶部区颗粒团对流换热系数与总传热系数均随物料循环流率的增加而增大。; Through introducing the solids reflux ratio,the heat transfer coefficient in the top region of CFB boiler of three kinds riser exit,including the long radius bend exit、the long extension blind T、and the bend/right angle exit,were calculated and compared with the results from that of the sooth riser exit.Numerical simulation indicated that:at the condition of same riser exit,the convective heat transfer coefficient of the cluster in the top region of CFB would increase with the increasing of solids reflux ratio;the radiation heat transfer coefficient of cluster and the bed-to-wall heat transfer coefficient in the top region would increase linearly with the increasing of combustion temperature,the bed-to-wall heat transfer coefficient in the top region would decrease with the increase of particles’diameter; however ,when the particles’diameter is bigger than 300um ,the increase tendency of the bed-to-wall heat transfer coefficient in the top region would become slowly;both of the convective heat transfer coefficient of cluster and the total heat transfer coefficient in the top region would increase with the increasing of the circulation ratio.; 【作者单位】集美大学机械工程学院; 东华大学环境科学与工程学院;【作者英文名】SHEN Liang-kun1,2,HE Hong-zhou1,GUO Wei-li1,2,SU Ya-xin2 (1.College of Mechanical Engineering,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,China; 2.College of Environment Science and Engineering,Donghua University,Shanghai 201620,China)
