中文摘要	对第11届全运会武术套路比赛预赛中,女子南拳、太极拳、长拳的运动员难度动作完成情况进行了统计分析,三项女子拳术类难度动作失误率分别是南拳15%、长拳12%、太极拳17%。研究表明,三项女子拳术类难度动作有差别,难度动作已成为高水平运动员的技术关键;高旋转难度动作的完成具有不稳定性;动+动+静的难度动作前后动作的顺势衔接与利用惯性是动作完成的重要环节;难度动作的支撑,下肢以复合杠杆的工作形式完成动作,对腿部肌肉力量的要求更高。; This statistics of difficult movements of southern style boxing,shadow boxing and long-style boxing of 11th National Games were recorded.The error ratio of difficult movements of southern style boxing was 15%,shadow boxing 17% and long-style boxing 12%.It was accepted that the difficult movements had become the key for techniques and the completion of high rotational movements were not always stable.The connection of dynamic movements plus dynamic movements plus static movements and the use of inertia were crucial.When the lower limbs finished the movements like paralleled bars,the leg muscle needed to be more powerful.; 【作者单位】集美大学体育学院；【作者英文名】CHEN Jian-min(P.E.Dept.,Jimei Univ.,Xiamen361021,China)
