中文摘要	高等教育自学考试是一种考试形式,也是一种教育制度,自学考试的定位已经逐渐从补偿教育、补充教育转向继续教育和终身教育,并实现了学历教育和非学历教育并重的发展格局。在当前形势下,自学考试助学应由单一的"达标"考试教育向全面素质教育的人才培养模式转变,以终身教育思想促进自学考试助学人才培养的结构体系转变,构建科学合理的自学考试助学教育质量评价体系。; The Self-taught higher education examinations is a kind of test and an educational system as well.Its function is gradually changing from compensatory and complementary education to further and lifelong education and it lays equal stress on degree and non-degree education.At present,in order to establish its function as study-assistance education and set up the quality assessment of the changes of talent cultivating mode,the article suggests that the study-assistance education should be transformed from the single "standard test"education to overall quality education and the talent cultivating structure of the study-assistance education should be changed in light of lifelong education theory.In addition,it is urgent to establish the quality assessment system of the study-assistance education under the new situations.; 【作者单位】集美大学成人教育学院；【作者英文名】Chen Jianmin Li Jinhuan
