中文摘要	近年来,大中学生犯罪现象的逐年增多,已经成为困扰各级主管部门的热点问题。把博弈论应用于学生犯罪的分析,提出一个"司法机关"和"不良学生"的混合策略博弈模型,对不良学生行为的策略选择进行博弈分析,揭示犯罪的内在动因主要是物质利益的驱动和满足某种心理需要等,通过降低司法机关的监督成本、加大对失职司法机关的责罚、提高破案率和降低学生犯罪的额外效用等方法可以有效地降低不良学生犯罪率。; More and more students in high schools and colleges commit crimes year by year.That has been a headache to the departments responsible for the work.This paper analyses student delinquency and crime with the chess-game theory,establishes a game model of the judicial department and problem students,and also analyses the selection of strategy.Intrinsic factors of delinquency and crime mainly are the drive of loaves and fishes and some need of mentalities.The rate of crime can be decreased by reducing the cost of the judicial department,imposing punishment for the breach of duty,increasing the rate of cracking cases,and reducing the extra usefulness of student delinquency and crime.; 【作者单位】集美大学财经学院福建厦门361021；【作者英文名】HUANG Hao(College of Finance and Economics,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,China)
