中文摘要	以厦门市为例分析了工业化城市化进程中农民财产性收入的主要来源和演变特征,认为当前我国农民财产性收入主要来源于土地、房屋和资金投资三方面,影响农民财产性收入增长的主要障碍是传统土地制度的约束、农村财产交易市场的缺乏和农民理财观念的落后等,提出工业化城市化发展环境下促进农民财产性收入快速增长的主要途径是:改革和创新土地制度让土地成为农民财产性收益的主要来源;建立健全农村投融资体系以培育农村理财市场;通过"村资分离"股份合作构建集体资产的有效管理模式等。; The paper analyses the sources and development characteristics of peasants’ property earnings in the city of Xiamen during the process of industrialization and urbanization,considering that land,real estate and investment are the main sources of peasantry’s property earnings.Meanwhile,the traditional land systems,the absence of exchanging market in rural areas and the hanging behind of peasants’ investment idea are the primary barriers.The paper puts forward that reforming or innovating the old land system and cultivating investment exchanging market in rural areas are important countermeasures.; 【作者单位】集美大学财经学院；西南财经大学中国金融研究中心；【作者英文名】WANG Xin1,2,DING Shao-qun1(1.Finance College,Jimei University,Xiamen,Fujian 361021;2.Chinese Finance Research Institute,Southwestern University of Finance and Economics,Chengdu 610074,China)
