中文摘要利用60Coγ射线对不同品系的坛紫菜自由丝状体进行诱变,丝状体因辐照剂量的不同而受到不同程度的损伤.剂量达到500Gy时,丝状体存活率小于50%,存活的藻体经过一段时间的恢复后,表现出较明显的生长速度差异,部分藻丝快速生长形成大藻落,最大的藻落直径可比对照组大3~4倍.100Gy、200Gy的低辐照剂量对丝状体生长和存活的影响较小.除了生长差异外,经γ射线辐照后的坛紫菜自由丝状体还出现其它变异.; Different strains of free-living conchocelis of Porphyra haitanensis were treated with ()60Co-γ rays ranging from 1001 500Gy to induce mutation. The conchocelis was damaged to different degrees according to the irradiation doses. With the increase of the irradiation dose, the survival rate declined. Less than half of the conchocelis could survive when the irradiation dose was greater than 500Gy. Some of the surviving conchocelis grew rapidly after treatment with γ rays, to form big clusters. Low irradiation doses (100Gy and 200Gy) had less effect on the growth of conchocelis.
