中文摘要本实验通过投喂卤虫无节幼体和贻贝性腺对中国龙虾早期叶状幼体进行培育.早期叶状幼体是指初孵叶状幼体至叶状幼体的第5步足开始形成,共完成了6次蜕皮.第1次蜕皮的叶状幼体没有眼柄,第3颚足及第1、第2步足外肢分别具有3、5、5对羽状刚毛;第2次蜕皮后的叶状幼体开始出现眼柄及第4步足呈乳头状突起,第1、第2步足外肢具有6对羽状刚毛;第3次蜕皮后的叶状幼体第3步足外肢发育比较成熟并产生3对羽状刚毛,第3颚足及第1、第2步足外肢分别具有4、7、7对羽状刚毛;第4次蜕皮后的叶状幼体第1触角亚末端开始出现2根长刚毛,第1颚足顶部刚毛消失,第3颚足及第1、第2、第3步足外肢分别具有4、8、8、4对羽状刚毛;第5次蜕皮后的叶状幼体第3颚足及第1、第2、第3步足外肢分别具有5、9、9、5对羽状刚毛;第6次蜕皮的叶状幼体第5步足开始出现乳头状突起.并对叶状幼体1至6次蜕皮后的叶状幼体形态特征进行了详细的描述.; The phyllosoma larvaes of 6th ecdysis was obtained through the rearing of newly hatched larvae fed with diets of gonads of the mussel and Artemia nauplii which was enriched with fish oil and the diatom.The eyes of the 1st ecdysis larvae were without stalk.The 3rd maxilliped,1st and 2nd pereiopods had exopods which contained 3,5,5 pairs of natatory setae respectively. The 2nd ecdysis larvae appeared eyestalk,the 4th pereiopod was recognized as a faint swelling and the1st,2nd pereiopod had 6,6 pairs of natatory setae on the exopod respectively.The 3rd maxilliped,1st and 2nd pereiopods of the 3rd ecdysis larvae had 4,7,7 pairs of natatory setae respectively.The left antennule of 4th ecdysis larvae had two subtermin al long setaes.The setae at the top of the 1st maxilliped was disappeared.The natatory setaes on the exopods of the 1st,2nd and 3rd pereiopods was 8,8,4 pairs.For 5th ecdysis,they had 9,9,5 pairs of setae and the 3rd maxilliped had 5 pairs setaes on the exopod 6th Ecdysis larvae appeared the 5th pereiopod which was shaped like a minute swelling.This paper provides a description and illustration for the earlystage larvaes (1st~6th ecdysis) in details,in order to accumulate data for rearing of phyllosoma larvae of spiny lobster,Panulirus stimpsoni.; 【作者单位】集美大学水产学院水产生物技术研究所; 集美大学水产学院水产生物技术研究所 福建厦门361021; 福建厦门361021; 福建厦门361021;【作者英文名】CHEN Changsheng,JI Dehua,CHEN Zhengqiang,SUN Jiming,YAN Sufen,WANG Shuhong(Fisheries College & Institute of Aquaculture Biotechnology,Jimei University, Xiamen 361021,China)
