中文摘要综述了贝类凝集素的特性与功能.凝集素是一类非免疫来源的具有多价构型的热敏糖蛋白,广泛存在于贝类血淋巴细胞和生殖细胞的细胞膜表面、胞浆内和胞浆外的体液中,能够与特异性糖基化合物作可逆的非共价结合.基于对异源性物质或细胞膜表面糖基的特异性识别与结合功能,贝类凝集素在生命体中发挥着识别并凝集限制异物作用、激活免疫系统溶细胞作用、生殖细胞间相互粘附的桥梁作用、与共生生物之间(如肠道益生菌)的物质与能量转换作用.贝类凝集素可诱导表达,但在不同的条件下其凝集活性有很多差异性.贝类凝集素凝集活性还受金属离子、环境温度、盐度、pH值等外界因子及发育阶段、健康状况等内部因素影响.; Agglutinin is a series of heat sensitive glycoprotein which have a multivalent construct,and exist in plasm outer or inner cells and membrane surface of haemocytes or germ cells in almost all species of mollusk without immunologic origination.It can be a specific,non-covalent and reversible combination with carbohydrates.Following the recognition to and combination with the specific carbohydrates on the surface of foreign material or at the membrane of immunocytes,the agglutinin in mollusk acts as recognition to foreign material,as agglutination of foreign material,as activation of haemolysis,as a bridge of adhesion between germ cells and substance and energy transfer in symbiosis organisms.A great number kinds of agglutinin expression in mollusk can be induced,and the agglutinin activities are very different in all conditions due to be affected by metal ions,temperatures,salinities,pH and developing phases and health states.Much more studies are needed for the formerly studies to the agglutinin in mollusk were much less general and thorough,especially in the characterization and the biological roles and mechanism of effect of the agglutinin.; 【作者单位】集美大学水产学院; 中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所; 中国海洋大学水产学院; 集美大学水产学院 福建厦门361021; 福建省高校水产科学技术与食品安全重点实验室; 福建厦门361021; 山东青岛266071; 山东青岛266003;【作者英文名】CHEN Zheng-qiang1,2,3,4,HUANG jie3,ZHAN Wen-bin4,CHEN Chang-sheng1,2(1.Fisheries College,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,China;2.Key Laboratory of Science and Technology forAquaculture and Food Safety(Jimei University),Fujian Province,Xiamen 361021,Ch
