中文摘要	高等学校辅导员制度是中国特色的高等教育制度的重要组成部分。随着社会、经济和教育的发展,高等学校辅导员制度走过了一条渐进式发展道路。保证社会主义大学办学方向的需要,是辅导员角色发展的基础;高等教育系统质和个体质统一的需要,是辅导员角色与队伍发展的内在诉求;大学生全面发展的要求,是辅导员角色发展的根本动力,这些都是影响高等学校辅导员角色发展的因素。针对辅导员角色发展体现出的多元化、专业化、现代化的趋势,重新定位新时期高等学校辅导员角色,即学生思想政治教育的组织者、学生事务的管理者与服务者、大学生社会化转变的促进者。; The system of political instructor is an important component of institutions of higher learning with Chinese characteristics.It has taken its own course and has progressed step by step keeping pace with society,economy and education of the times.This paper holds that the demand for ensuring the socialist orientation of colleges or universities is the foundation of the system;that the need for unifying the college and the individual is a protracted pursuit of an instructor;and that the requirement for students’ comprehensive growth is a driving force of the role.In view of the trend of diversification,specialization and modernization,university instructors in the new period are positioned as organizers of students’ ideological and political education,supervisors and service providers of student affairs,and promoters for students’ transformation to socialization.; 【作者单位】集美大学人事处；【作者英文名】YU JUN-tai(Department of Teaching Affairs,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,Fujian Province,China)
