中文摘要	高校辅导员制度是中国特色的高等教育制度的重要组成部分,是我国高校思想政治工作传统优势的体现。新时期,我国高校辅导员到底该扮演什么角色?辅导员的角色定位是什么?通过对厦门地区的两所主要高校——厦门大学、集美大学的辅导员、学生、管理人员的调查,了解不同群体对辅导员的角色认识,并通过比较不同院校、不同专业学生对辅导员角色的认识,对辅导员各种角色定位的权重予以讨论,给予辅导员以合理的角色定位。; Instructor system in colleges and universities of our country is an important component of higher educational system with Chinese characteristics and the embodiment of traditional advantages in ideological and political works.What kind of role does an instructor play? How to position university counselors? After inquring into instructors,students and administrators of two universities in Xiamen——Xiamen University and Jimei University,this paper draws the role understandings to instructors of different groups,and reaches an appropriate positioning through comparing the cognitions of students from different universities and majors and discussing the proper orientation of different roles.; 【作者单位】集美大学人事处；【作者英文名】YU JUN-tai (Ministry of personnel,Jimei University,Xiamen,Fujian 361021,China)
