中文摘要	用平板涂布法从集美海边分离到381株细菌 ,用平板划线法或点种法检验这些海洋细菌对两株病原弧菌 (副溶血弧菌(VibrioParahaemolyticus)和溶藻弧菌(Vibrioalginolyticus))的拮抗作用。从中挑选2株对海水养殖动物病原弧菌有较好拮抗作用的细菌 ,编号为GX75和GZ46。对拮抗菌GX75和GZ46进行了抗菌谱测定 ,结果表明 ,GX75对9株指示菌中的副溶血弧菌、河流弧菌和坎普氏弧菌有较好的拮抗作用 ,GZ46对副溶血弧菌、溶藻弧菌和坎普氏弧菌有较好的拮抗作用。在营养肉汤中 ,测定了GX75和GZ46的抗菌作用 ,表明GX75和GZ46对副溶血弧菌拮抗作用很明显。; strains of bacteria were isolated from Jimei seawater by dilution-plate method.The inhibitory acˉtivities of the isolates on two strains of Pathogenic vibrio were measure.Two isolates with strong inhibitories(GX75and GZ46)were selected for antibiotic spectrum.The results showed that GX75has strongly antagonistic to V.Paraˉhaemolyticus,V.fluvialia and V.campbellii,GZ46was strongly antagonistic to V.Parahaemolyticus,V.alginolyticus and V.campbellii.The inhibitory activities of the two strains was measured when they were cultured in nutrient broth.The experiment showed that two isolates could inhibite V.Parahaemolyticussignificantly.; 【作者单位】集美大学水产学院；集美大学水产学院厦门361021；厦门361021；厦门361021；【作者英文名】ZOUWen-zheng,YAN Qing-pi,LIN Wen-xiong,JI Rong-xing (Fisheries college,Jimei University,Xiamen361021,China)
