中文摘要从患"肌肉白浊病"的凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)的淋巴和肌肉中分离到3株细菌.人工注射感染显示,BDX-C分离菌在浓度达4.0×107cfu/mL时可使90%以上健康凡纳滨对虾死亡;4.0×106cfu/mL时可使60%健康对虾死亡,并使凡纳滨对虾出现明显的白浊症状,试验结果表明该分离菌为致病菌.BDX-C菌的主要生理生化特性为:革兰氏阴性,单鞭毛,发酵葡萄糖,甘露醇、氧化酶、鸟氨酸脱羧酶、赖氨酸脱羧酶阳性,精氨酸脱羧酶、水杨素、枸橼酸盐(西蒙氏)阴性,在无NaCl及含10%NaCl的普通培养基中不生长,在含2%~8%NaCl的普通培养基中生长,在30~42℃下生长良好.鉴定该菌为副溶血弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus).药敏试验结果表明,该菌对四环素、多粘菌素B、链霉素、庆大霉素、氟哌酸等药物敏感,对氨苄青霉素、青霉素G、先锋霉素G、先锋霉素V、利福平、卡那霉素、复方新诺明、新霉素、强力霉素、麦迪霉素等抗菌素不敏感.; Three bacterial strains were isolated from the lymph and muscle of the diseased Litopenaeus vannamei.Injecting the isolated "BDX-C" bacteria liquid 4.0×107 cfu/mL to Litopenaeus vannamei,it caused the mortality of more than 90 %;when injecting 4.0×106 cfu/mL,the Litopenaeus vannamei appeared the symptoms of cloudy disease and caused 60 % mortality.The result showed that the isolated bacteria "BDX-C" was pathogen.The physiology and biochemistry test results showed that the isolated organism was Gram negative,one polar flagella,produced acid from glucose and mannite;oxidase reaction,aesculin,lysine were positive,while arginine,salicin,Simmons Citrate were negative.It could not grow on the mediums which contained 0 % or 10 % NaCl,but grew on 2 %~8 % NaCl,and it grows well at temperature of 30~42 ℃.The isolate was identified as Vibrio parahaemolyticus.The drug sensitivity tests showed that the isolated pathogen was sensitive to tetracycline,polymyxin B,streptomycin,gentamicin,norfloxacin,but resisted ampicillin,penicilli G,cephalothin V,rifampin kanamycin,trimethoprin/sulfamethoxazole,neomycin,doxycyclin and midecamycin.; 【作者单位】集美大学水产学院; 集美大学水产学院 福建厦门361021; 福建省高校水产科学技术与食品安全重点实验室; 福建厦门361021; 集美大学水产生物技术研究所;【作者英文名】JI Rong-xing1,2,3,ZOU Wen-zheng1,2,3,YAN Qing-pi1,2,3,DAI Chun-guang1,2,3(1.Fisheries College,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,China;2.Key Laboratory of Science and Technology forAquaculture and Food Safety(Jimei University),Fujian Province,Xiamen 3610
