中文摘要	采取问卷调查方式,通过对集美大学师生使用本校图书馆购买的IEEE/IEEElectronicLibrary(简称IEL)、Springer、KluwerOnline、EiVillage、BPONOVID、CSA、EBSCO等外文数据库情况进行分析,包括师生使用反馈情况、数据库商反馈本校总下载量、本校外文数据库使用情况及购买费用比较等,以此为依据对以上数据库进行评估。; A questionnaire survey was conducted for the usage of IEEE/IEE Electronic Library(IEL)?Springer?Kluwer Online?Ei Village?BP ON OVID?CSA?EBSCO and other databases in Jimei university. The results included the patron feedback, statistics of data download from the vendors, comparison of the database usage and the subscription fee.
