中文摘要	目的研究铝合金盘式节点的抗弯刚度和强度性能,分析盘式节点的受力机理和破坏模态,获取盘式节点在纯弯受力状态下的弯矩-转角曲线及关键部位的应变状态和变形情况.方法对3种不同尺寸的铝合金盘式节点试件进行静力加载试验,结合通用有限元程序ABAQUS对加载过程进行有限元模拟.静力加载试验将试件端部连梁简支,对节点区中心竖向加载,并利用应变片和位移计测量试件关键部位的应变状态和变形情况.结果铝合金盘式节点平面外的抗弯刚度较大,节点延性不高.连梁下翼缘螺栓孔处截面是节点的薄弱部位,破坏形式为脆性断裂破坏,破坏前无明显征兆.结论有限元模型可以较为准确地模拟试验过程,模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好.; In order to study the mechanical behavior,flexure rigidity,flexure strength and failure mode of TEMCOR joints used in aluminum alloy shell structures,experiments on TEMCOR joints with 3 different dimensions under static load were conducted. A simply supported beam connected by a TEMCOR joint with a vertical applied load at the center of the joint region was tested. Strain gages and displacement meters were used to measure the stresses and strains at a key position. With the help of software ABAQUS,a finite element model was built to simulate the loading process.Obtained data show that the simulation results are closed to the results of test. It is found that the out-plane flexural rigidity of TEMCOR joint is good,but the node ductility is poor. The bottom flange of beam where bolt holes arranged is the weak part. There are no obvious signs before failure,which shows characteristics of brittle failure. Based on the results of static test and finite analysis,it is suggested that the thickness of the flange plate and numbers of the bolt should be increased and the bottom flange of the beam where bolt holes arranged should be strengthened to improve performance of the joint.
