中文摘要通过8根圆形截面钢管混凝土柱在火灾下的温度场试验,研究核心混凝土内水分汽化和迁移对钢管混凝土柱温度场分布的影响,对比参数包括排气孔开孔位置、混凝土含水率和柱截面尺寸。结果表明:混凝土中的水分在温度100~150℃时发生汽化,汽化过程中形成的水蒸气会在柱内发生迁移并由排气孔排出柱外。水分汽化和迁移对钢管混凝土柱温度分布的影响主要有:汽化过程中,截面1/2半径内混凝土温度均匀分布,无明显温度梯度,并在一定时间段内保持不变或略有降低,出现一个"温度平台段",其持续时间随含水率和截面尺寸而不同;而水气迁移过程会导致温度场沿柱高度方向产生不均匀分布,距排气孔越远,截面丧失水分越早,温度平台段越短,截面1/2半径内的混凝土温度升高也越快。建立有限元模型对试验中钢管混凝土柱的截面温度场进行分析,并与试验结果进行比较,结果表明,目前有限元分析方法无法考虑水分迁移的影响,因而导致分析结果中无法反应出温度平台段和温度场沿柱高方向不均匀分布的特征。; Eight fire tests were conducted on circular concrete filled steel tubular( CFST) columns to research the influence of water vaporization and migration on the temperature field. The eight specimens were designed with different air hole positions,concrete moisture contents and sectional dimensions. The results indicate that concrete moisture vaporize during 100-150 ℃,and the water vapor moves toward the air holes and exhausts via the air holes on the steel tube. The effect of the water vapor movement to the temperature distribution of CFST columns includes:During the vaporization,the temperatures within the 1 /2 radius show fairly uniform distribution,and the timetemperature curve shows a plateau,with the temperature remains unchanged or even decreases slightly. The duration of the plateau phase varies with the moisture ratio and the section size. Water migration also causes non-uniform temperature distribution along the length of the column. The cross sections locate further from the air hole lose all the water first,showing a shorter plateau phase and their core concrete temperatures starting to rise ahead of other sections. Finite element models were also built to calculate the temperature distributions of the CFST columns.Comparison of the calculation results with the rest results shows that the generally adopted finite element simulation method cannot consider the water migration so that it cannot capture the prolonged evaporation phase and the associated temperature distribution characteristics.
