| 中文摘要 | 为配合对CBA篮球裁判员系统、全面、客观的考核,准确的反映出临场裁判员的执裁水平,公正的评价裁判员,在裁判员临场执裁调查研究的基础上,制定较能准确评价裁判员执法水平的各项指标体系,在此基础上自主设计了"篮球裁判员临场执裁评价管理系统(CAA)",并在CBA赛季中实施,统计数据能定量评价出当今CBA裁判员个案和总体执裁的情况。经过实践检验达到了预期效果,该成果的运用对于合理安排裁判员执裁场次,提高裁判员队伍的管理水平,维护比赛公平起到一定作用。; To tie in with our comprehensive and objective assessment of the CBA basketball referee system,accurately reflect judging judgment level,a fair evaluation of referees,the research group to develop a more accurate evaluation indexes system of referees levels.Based on it,the basketball Referee Judgment evaluation management system(CAA)is developed and implemented in the CBA season.Statistical data to quantitatively evaluate the CBA referee case and overall enforcement situation.After the test of practice,it achieves the desired effect.The application of CAA plays a role for purification of Chinese basketball competition environment,good sportsmanship and discipline,arrangement for referees and management level.After further perfection. |
