中文摘要目的:验证生物电阻抗分析法(BIA)用于成人体成分分析的精度。方法:以同位素稀释法技术作为标准方法。纳入健康受试者,空腹留取基础尿液。应用BIA对每名受试者进行人体成分测定,然后口服双标水(2H和18O),经5 h在体内平衡后再次留取标本。根据标本中同位素变化量计算出总体水(TBW),进而通过公式计算得出去脂瘦体组织(FFM)、脂肪组织(FM)以及FM%。比较两种方法测得结果,建立BIA校正线性方程。结果:纳入12名健康受试者,体重指数(BMI)为21.53±1.51。2H和18O测定人体各成分间无统计学差异,选用2H作为校正BIA的标准方法。BIA测得TBW、FFM、FM和FM%与2H测得结果相关系数分别为0.959,0.959,0.563,0.780。TBW校正方程为:y=4.057+0.798x。结论:BIA测定人体成分与标准同位素稀释法有等效性,结果稳定,相关性好,适于快速评价人群的TBW和FFM等人体成分。; Objective: The purpose of this study is using isotope dilution(18O and2H) as a criteria method to validate the bioelectrical impedance analysis( BIA) for body composition assessment in healthy adults. Methods: Basal urine was withdrawn from healthy subjects,and the subjects were proceeded with BIA. Then we administrated them with isotope water orally,and collected their urines once again 5 hours later. We obtained the indexes of body compositions,especially TBW,FFM,FM and FM% with BIA and an isotope dilution(18O and2H). A linear equation was established to modify the BIA. Results: Twelve healthy men and women( BMI,21. 53 �1. 51) were enrolled for the study. The body compositions determined by18O and2H were of no statistically difference. We took the2H as criteria method,and the TBW,FFM,FM and FM% obtained by the BIA were significantly correlated with those measured by the isotope dilution(2H)( r = 0. 959,0. 959,0. 563,0. 780,respectively). The simple linear regression equation for TBW between the two was: y = 4. 057 + 0. 798x. Conclusion:BIA is comparable to isotope dilution on body composition assessment. The result of BIA is reliable and BIA can be used as an easy and good tool to evaluate the TBW and FFM in Chinese population.
