中文摘要复合绝缘子人工污秽试验中,惰性物质的特性对染污试品的憎水性迁移特性影响显著,选用合适的惰性物质,对完善人工污秽试验方法,增强试验结果的对比性有显著意义。为此,选用3类高岭土作为惰性物质,对比研究了染污高温硫化硅橡胶(HTV)的憎水性迁移过程。针对3类高岭土染污试品憎水性迁移特性差异,通过扫描电镜、热重分析以及傅里叶变换红外光谱分析,对3类高岭土的微观形态及官能团进行了分析。试验结果表明:污层获取憎水性的能力由好至差分别是分析纯高岭土、化学纯高岭土及工业原料高岭土;高岭土对高温硫化硅橡胶憎水性迁移过程的影响,与其自身的微观特性有密切联系;目前市场上所提供的分析纯高岭土及化学纯高岭土,很有可能是高岭土热活化后的产物—偏高岭土。该研究结果对于复合绝缘子人工污秽试验惰性物质的选取有参考意义,相关结论可用于辅助分析染污硅橡胶憎水性迁移特性。; In artificial pollution tests, property of inert materials significantly influences the hydrophobicity transfer of polluted high temperature vulcanizing silicone rubber(HTV) samples, so choosing inert material properly is of significance for improving the test measures and enhancing the correlation between the test results. Hence, we chose three types of kaolin as the inert material to study the hydrophobicity transfer of polluted HTV. In order to explain the differences in characteristics of hydrophobicity transfer for these HTV samples, we analyzed the microscopic morphology and functional groups of the tree types of kaolin using scanning electron microscope(SEM), thermogravimetry analysis(TG), and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR). Test results show that, the order of the ability which the pollution layers gain hydrophobicity from best to worst is as follows: analytical reagent(AR) kaolin, chemically pure(CP) kaolin, and industrial raw material(IRM) kaolin, directly relating to the microscopic features of kaolin. AR or CP kaolin, which is available on market, is probably metakaolin, a product of kaolin treated with thermal activation. The results are used as a reference for choosing proper inert material, or as supplement to studying hydrophobicity transfer characteristics for polluted HTV.
