中文摘要	首先利用定性研究方法分析了中国改革开放后不同时期的重要政府文件,梳理出中国制度逐步降低企业进入和成长障碍过程中的5个阶段及其相应的制度环境的特征。然后基于所划分的变革阶段,利用问卷调查数据进行分阶段的大样本定量回归分析,研究不同制度环境下创业者的商业创意来源选择对其所获得绩效的影响。研究结果显示:制度变革中环境的动态性和不确定性呈现出高低交替的周期变化,变革相对激烈的转变期和变革相对缓慢的稳定期交替出现;在转变期创业者将政府政策变化作为其主要商业创意来源将获得更高的绩效,在稳定期创业者将新的市场机会作为其主要商业创意来源将获得更高的绩效。; First,this paper uses the qualitative method to collect and analyze the important official documents and influential incidents since Chinese Reform and Opening-up Policy launched in 1978,and divides the process of Chinese institutional change into five different periods.Then it quantitatively studies the impact of business idea source chosen by entrepreneurs on entrepreneurial performance in every period through the regression analysis.The results show as follows:there is periodic variation in the environment over the process of institutional change aiming to reduce barriers to entry and growth for new ventures,and the transitional period with higher dynamic and uncertainty appears between two stable periods alternately;in the transitional period,entrepreneurs choosing policy change conducted by government as their main business idea source would create higher performing firms,and in the stable period,entrepreneurs would create higher performing firms by choosing new market opportunities as their main business idea source.
