中文摘要	中国特色社会主义经济学的研究首先必然从马克思主义政治经济学出发。与此同时,随着中国经济发展进入新阶段,中国特色社会主义经济学研究的问题还应该与时俱进。第一,不同时期的经济学理论实质上代表的是主流经济学的国家利益。中国特色社会主义经济学的构建同样要基于维护国家利益这样的基本前提,要有话语权和独立体系。第二,中国经济学在关注和研究中国经济问题的同时,不能忽视中国社会问题的关注和研究。改革开放30多年,中国经济理论体系构建问题应该侧重于用经济学关注和研究社会问题。第三,中国未来解决增长中的问题和发展中的问题,比增长和发展本身更重要。第四,在改革开放之前,中国经济增长的奇迹更多依靠的是政府的威权推动,地方政府锦标式竞赛,而民众个体的主动性、能动性相对不足。显然,这种格局带有明显的计划经济烙印。在改革开放30多年后,中国经济学如果不在理论上关注个体权利问题,促进人的全面发展,对于今后经济发展将是一种误导,很有可能因为中国经济学理论的指导失误而导致阻碍经济发展的现象。因此,中国社会主义经济学应该而且必须关注人的发展。; With China's economy entered a new stage, theresearches of socialist economics with Chinese characteristics should keep pace with the times. First, different periods of economics theory substantially reflect the interests of the country who get the discourse power. The construction of Chinese economics should have its own discourse power and independent system and also should reflect China's interests. Second, Chinese economics should pay attention not only to China's economical problems but also to China's social problems. Third, China government solves problems in the development of China more important than development itself. Forth, in the early stage of the reform, the miracle of Chinese economic growth more relies on government authority to promote while people's initiative are relative insufficient. Obviously, this pattern has clearly shadow of planning economy. In present days, China economics should concern individual rights and promote the all-round development of people.
