| 中文摘要 | 择业观是影响大学生进行职业选择的重要因素,不同的择业观对职业选择产生不同的影响。社会分层背景下大学生个体择业观有着不同程度的差异。究其原因,除社会文化大环境的影响之外,还受到大学生先赋地位即大学生家庭所在的社会阶层的影响。由于社会各阶层自身拥有的资源程度不等,使得大学生在社会资本存量上有着不少差异,其中家长的受教育水平、职业和经济收入水平,对大学生接受高等教育的机会获得和教育过程存在着较大的影响,这也进一步影响着他们个人价值观的形成,从而决定着他们职业选择的价值判断。; Concept of occupation is an important factor influencing the career choice of college students. Different concepts will have different effects on the career choice.Under the social stratification,college students'employment concepts are different to some degree.As for its reason,besides the influence of the social and cultural environment,it is influenced by the students'ascribed status that is college students'family's social class.Because the resource extent in all sectors of society has its own range, the college students have many differences in social capital,the parents education level,occupation and income level have significant effects on the opportunity of the college students of accepting the higher education and the process of education,which further affects their personal values,and which determines their value judgment of occupation choice. |
