中文摘要	百色作为桂西名城,除了自然景观资源和历史文化底蕴之外,还有着丰富的红色文化资源。在时代发展的过程中,百色城市面貌发生了巨大的变化,与百色起义有关的革命历史遗迹也经历了剧烈的变迁。在文献考证结合实地调研的基础之上,文章首先对百色起义前夕的百色城厢整体面貌进行初步复原,继而对与百色起义相关的主要遗迹的变迁脉络作一历史与现状的考察。基于所得认识,作者认为,对百色市区革命历史遗迹的保护与开发,应该遵循四项原则:一是须保持革命历史遗迹的整体性和内在的关联性;二是在保护与开发过程中应该对现有资源进行有效的整合;三是须重视文物本身的保护工作;四是须同时重视对其他人文、自然景观资源的保护与开发。; There are rich revolutionary cultural resources in Baise where great changes have been taking place during process of its development.At the same time,great changes also have happened to the historical revolutionary relics of Baise Uprising.This paper,based on literature and field study,explores Baise's look before Baise Uprising.Then it chases the changes of major revolutionary relics and makes comparison between the present look and the past one.On the basis of this,the present author proposes that the protection and development of the revolutionary relics should follow four principles:keeping the integrity of revolutionary relics and their interrelation;integrating the available revolutionary relics effectively when protecting and developing them;attaching importance to the protection of cultural relics in the revolutionary relics;paying attention to the protection and development of other cultural and natural scenery.
