| 中文摘要 | 目的观察疏血通配合西药治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法将100例脑梗死患者随机分组。对照组患者接受脑梗死西药常规治疗,研究组患者在此基础上接受疏血通治疗。对比两组患者总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)等血脂指标和临床疗效等方面的差异性。结果与对照组对比,研究组患者TC、TG、LDL-C明显较低;HDL-C明显较高,其中,研究组分别为(4.11±1.08)、(1.44±0.68)、(1.56±0.70)和2.05±0.41,对照组为(6.14±1.37)、(1.87±0.75)、(3.63±1.15)和(1.71±0.39)。研究组总有效率明显较高,研究组为96.0%,对照组为80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用疏血通配合西药治疗脑梗死可起到良好的调脂效果,改善脑梗死患者的神经功能。; [Abstrac] Objective To observe the curative effect of ShuXieTong cooperate with western medicine treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods 100 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly grouped. The control group patients with cerebral infarction of conventional western medicine therapy, observed group of patients were treated with ShuXieTong on the basis of the control group.Compared with total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein(LDL)-c), high-density lipoprotein(HDL- C) and other blood lipid index and the differences of clinical curative effect, etc of the two groups of patients. Results Compared with control group, the team patients was associated with significantly lower TC, TG, LDL- C; HDL- C significantly higher, of which,the team were(4.11�.08),(1.44�.68) and(0.68�.70) and(0.70�.41), the control group was(6.14 �.37),(1.87�.75) and(0.75�.15) and 1.15�0.39. Group total effective rate significantly higher, the team was 96.0%, the control group was 80.0%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion ShuXieTong cooperate with western medicine treatment of cerebral infarction can play a good effect of tiaozhi, improve neural function in patients with cerebral infarction. |
