| 中文摘要 | 随着合作研发活动的深入开展,知识治理开始受到关注.在总结国内外学者关于知识治理的研究成果之后,从理论上分析了影响技术创新网络中核心企业知识治理绩效的因素,建立了核心企业知识治理的概念模型,并进行了实证研究.实证结果显示理论模型得到数据支持,对知识的认知情况、核心企业的权力大小以及整个网络的整合与协调情况是影响技术创新网络中核心企业知识治理活动的主要因素.; As the coordinated R&D activities deepen,knowledge governance comes to the focus. It summarized the domestic and overseas scholars' study achievements about the knowledge governance. Then,under the background of technology innovation network,it analyzed the influencing factors of core enterprises' knowledge governance performance in technology innovation network. Further,the concept model of core enterprise knowledge governance was put forward.The theoretical model is verified by the test,and it concludes that the knowledge cognition,the power size of core enterprise and the integrated and coordinated condition of whole network are the critical influencing factors of knowledge governance. |
