For enterprises conducting business innovation at the market,it is crucial to develop a cross-sector cooperative network with non-traditional organizations and individuals, such as govern.ments,NGOs,local communities and the poor,etc.,to create multiple kinds of value and share the results. By carefully sort.ing out the related literature,the paper summarizes the connotation,driving causes,characteristics and output performance of the BOP cooperative network,pointing out the trends and emphases of future research.
