中文摘要	近年来,越来越多的研究开始关注心理因素作为一项有价值的资本对经济结果的影响。但从区域整体视角出发,对心理资本与创新活动关系的研究显得十分缺乏。本研究将心理资本引入区域创新研究,并对心理资本影响创新的两种可能的机制进行分析。采用全国范围的社会调查数据和空间分析方法,本研究发现:1)我国地区心理资本存在区域差异;2)心理资本对区域创新活动有显著的正向作用;3)人力资本中介了心理资本对区域创新活动的影响,心理资本对人力资本和区域创新活动的调节作用得到了部分验证。根据研究结论,本文提出了三点政策建议。; In recent years,more and more studies have discussed the impact of psychological factors,as a valuable personal asset,on economic outcome. However,the literature regarding the influence of psychological capital on regional innovation performance is limited. This paper introduces the psychological factors into regional innovation literature,and discusses the two mechanisms that psychological capital contributes to regional innovation. Employing the social survey data and the spatial analysis technique,this study finds that: 1) The regional disparity of China's collective psychological capital exists; 2) Psychological capital has significant contribution on regional innovation performance; 3) Human capital mediates the effect of Psychological capital on regional innovation performance. And the moderate effect we proposed theoretically is partly evident.
