中文摘要	当前,我国研究生教育类型结构与经济社会发展的协调性较低。数据分析显示:类型结构中学术型人才的供给远大于科研类岗位的需求,而应用型人才的供给则明显小于当前非科研类岗位的需求。同时,科研类岗位的现实需求以及大量潜在需求尚未被学术型人才的供给所满足,非科研类岗位的需求已逐步接近应用型人才的供给。为此,现阶段应保持学术学位研究生教育和专业学位研究生教育之间的规模比例和各自增速,分类改革并优化研究生的培养模式,将类型结构调整从外延式转向内涵式。; The category structure of graduate education and the social development do not match perfectly in China. Data analysis shows that the supply of research graduates exceeds the demand; and the demand of practical graduates exceeds the supply. It also suggests that the potential demand of research graduates has not been met while the supply of practical graduates is gradually catch up with the demand. It is better to maintain the scale, structure and speed of the development and optimize the training model according to the different feature of each category.
