中文摘要	随着技术的更新换代,工程师对继续教育的需求不断增大。本文利用装备制造业2273份工程师的调查数据,采用最小二乘回归法(OLS)以及解决自选择偏误的倾向分数配对法(PSM)分别探讨了继续工程教育对工程师收入水平及职称晋升的影响。研究发现不同类型的继续工程教育对工程师的职业发展影响不同,其中专业知识类培训的影响最显著,而在职学历类教育产生的影响不显著。文章最后依据分析结果对企业如何提供切实有效的继续工程教育形式、内容等问题进行了讨论。; With the upgrading of technology,the demand of continuing education for is increasing.The paper uses the survey data of the 2273 engineers in equipment manufacturing industry.It uses the least square regression method(OLS)and propensity score matching method(PSM)to discuss how the continuing education affect the promotion and income of engineers.The study found that different types of continuing engineering education have different influence on the engineers' career development,especially the professional knowledge training.The in-service education had no significant impact.Finally,based on the results of the analysis,the paper discusses the issues such as effective form and content of continuing education.
