| 中文摘要 | 以对北京朝阳区12家养老设施的调研为基础,从设施运营管理和老人需求的角度对不同设施在空间设计上的优缺点进行了深入分析,针对养老设施中问题较多的6类空间(居室空间、卫生间、交通空间、用餐空间、文娱空间和公共浴室),从功能配置、空间设计和室内装修等方面提出设计建议。; Based on the survey of 12 aged care facilities in Chaoyang District of Beijing, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of strengths and weaknesses of design regarding management and demands of the aged, suggesting possible improvements of functional configuration and spatial and interior design for 6 types of spaces including residences, toilets, passages, dinning spaces, recreational spaces and public baths. |
