中文摘要	在改革开放以来的经济、社会、制度的全面转型中,曾作为计划经济体制下中国城市基本空间单元的单位大院,正经历着激烈的空间演进与重构。其作为中国城市社会转型与空间重构的缩影,是理解转型背景下中国城市空间与社会演进的重要视角。本文结合中国城镇住房制度变迁等宏观背景,对典型单位大院京棉二厂生活区进行了纵向微观研究,并在通过分析其演进特点的基础上,总结了单位大院的空间特性和空间演进特征。; Under the background of comprehensive economic-social-institutional transition, Danwei compound which under the planned economic system used to be the basic spatial unit in urban China is now experiencing drastic spatial evolution and changes. Danwei compound, as a miniature of the social transformation and spatial changes in urban China, is an important perspectives to understand the process and mechanism of social and spatial evolution in urban China. Based on the evolution of China's urban housing system and other macro backgrounds, this paper aims at analyzing the micro process of spatial changing within the Danwei compound of residential area in Beijing No.2 textile factory in different periods. And by analyzing the characteristics of the Danwei compound of residential area in Beijing No.2 textile factory in spatial evolution, this paper tries to generalize the general characteristics of Danwei compound in space and spatial evolution.
