中文摘要过大的针阀落座反跳会导致汽油缸内直喷(GDI)喷油器头部燃油泄漏或二次喷射,因而必须对其反跳幅度进行控制。本文分析了GDI喷油器针阀的运动规律及落座反跳的影响因素,在此基础上提出了2个降低反跳的新结构。采用AMESim软件建立了计算模型,对2个新结构方案进行计算分析。结果表明,新的结构方案可有效抑制运动件的落座反跳;通过动量控制的方法,降低运动件质量可显著减小反跳幅度。; To avoid fuel leakage or even secondary injection,it is necessary to limit rebounce of needle valve of GDI injector.In this paper,the motion characteristics of needle valve were analyzed,and the factors influencing rebounce of the needle valve in closing process were found out.Two new structures were proposed to decrease the rebounce.Models were built and the two cases were simulated and analyzed using the software of AMESim.The result shows that the rebounce of motion part can be limited effectively with the optimized new structures.Using the method of momentum control,the rebounce is restrained remarkably by reducing its mass.
