中文摘要国内现有EPS系统多采用转矩、转角传感器分别安装的办法解决两类信号的获取,造成成本的上升和精度不足。文中设计了转矩转角一体化传感器,选择了齿轮的材料及加工方法,并设计了齿轮侧隙消除机构,消除了齿轮换向时的回差。该传感器实现了集转矩测量、绝对转角测量以及转动方向判定于一体。; The present domestic EPS system adopts the method of installing the torque and the angular sensor respectively to acquire two types of signals,which results in rising costs and a lack of precision. This paper designed a torque and angle integration sensor,which used the gear materials and its processing methods with the gear backlash elimination mechanism,eliminated the return difference when the gear reversed. The sensor integrates the torque measurement,the absolute angle measurement and the judgment of the direction of rotation.
