中文摘要在热废气/水蒸发器工作过程中,进口温度发生突变会导致热交换过程发生瞬变.结合偏微分方程和有限差分法,使用C#语言对套管换热器在单相顺流条件下的瞬态热交换过程建立数学模型.通过仿真分析可以得到高温气体、水和管壁的温度变化情况,以及瞬态逐渐趋近于稳态的热交换变化过程.此模型还可用于验证其他模型稳态过程的准确性.; In the exhaust gas/vapor evaporator working process,there is usually a sudden change of the inlet temperature,resulting in the phenomenon of transient heat exchange process.Combined with partial differential equations and finite difference method,the simulation model for the tube-in-tube heat exchanger which is a parallel flow in single-phase transient heat exchange process is built by C#language. The temperature change of the working flow,solid wall and heating flow,as well as the trend process from transient state gradually approaching to the steady state can be simulated and analyzed.This model can also be used to verify the accuracy of the steady-state process.
