中文摘要 | 超级爆震是增压直喷汽油机提高升功率和降低油耗的主要障碍,在典型增压小排量直喷汽油机上对不同的超级爆震抑制方法进行了研究.结果表明,加浓、分层和扫气都能够抑制超级爆震,但采用混合气加浓会恶化发动机油耗,采用混合气分层发动机排温大幅升高,推迟排气门关闭时刻实现扫气也能抑制超级爆震,但油耗和CO排放升高.进一步的研究发现,采用优化的进气行程两次喷射策略能够有效地抑制超级爆震,并且能够保证发动机的油耗、排温以及排放不恶化.; Occurrence of sporadic super-knock is the main obstacle for modern TC-GDI engines. This paper studied the different suppression strategies for the super-knock. Study showed that that mixture enrichment,stratification and scavenging could suppress the super-knock. Mixture enrichment would increase the fuel consumption. Mixture stratification could reduce super-knock frequency but result in remarkable increase of exhaust temperature. Scavenging by retarding exhaust valve close timing could suppress the super-knock but increase fuel consumption and CO emission. It was found that two-stage injections during intake stroke(TSII)could eliminate the super-knock while maintaining the accepted fuel consumption,emissions and exhaust temperature. |
