中文摘要针对无轴承异步电机由质量偏心引起不平衡振动问题,提出了一种基于前馈控制的无轴承异步电机动不平衡振动补偿控制方案。文中分析了无轴承异步电机由质量偏心引起不平衡振动的机理,推导了无轴承异步电机径向位移环仅采用PID控制时转子的运动学方程,从而说明了仅采用PID控制无法消除由动不平衡引起的周期性振动。在此基础上,提出了一种基于前馈闭环补偿的无轴承异步电机动不平衡补偿控制方案。最后,搭建了无轴承异步电机实验平台。实验结果表明,所提出的补偿方案很好地抑制了无轴承异步电机中的不平衡振动,取得了较好的动态悬浮控制效果。; This paper proposes a novel unbalance compensation control scheme based on feed-forward control to eliminate unbalance effects which adversely affect the operation of bearingless induction motors. First, the principle of rotor vibration caused by mass imbalance of bearingless induction motors is analyzed. And the dynamic model of the rotor is deduced, in which the PID control in the radial displacement loop can't cancel the effect of unbalance. Then, an unbalance compensation technique based on feed-forward control is presented to reduce the vibration of the suspended rotor caused by mass imbalance. Finally, the platform of a bearingless induction motor is established and the experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed unbalance compensation control scheme based on feed-forward control.
