中文摘要介绍了宜良化工设备铸造厂研制开发的铁素体单相耐蚀合金材质浓硫酸管式分酸器的应用效果。铁素体单相耐蚀合金的腐蚀率远低于不锈钢、多元合金和低铬铸铁,且其造价仅为不锈钢的1/3。采用高效管式分酸器,可减少酸雾夹带,提高吸收率,与槽管式分酸器相比,高效管式分酸器出口气体中水的质量浓度低于0.06 mg/m~3,SO_3吸收率达99.99%以上,烟气处理量大幅提高。; Application effect of ferrite monophase anticorrosion alloy developed by Kuming Yiliang Equipment Foundry on concentrated sulphuric acid pipe type acid distributors is introduced.Corrosion rate of ferrite monophase anticorrosion alloy was far below that of stainless steel,multicomponent alloy and low chromium cast iron with cost of manufacture one-third of stainless steel.Application of high efficient pipe type acid distributor decreased acid mist entrainment and increased absorption rate.Compared with groove points acid distributors,concentration of water in outlet gas of high efficient pipe type acid distributor was less than 0.06 mg/m~3,absorption rate of SO_2 was above 99.99%and flue gas throughput was improved greatly.
