| 中文摘要 | 农村富余劳动力转移是城乡一体发展与产业结构调整的主要因素。据统计,喀什市农村富余劳动力占农村劳动力总数的64.2%。在今后的工作中,把这些富余劳动力怎样转移是一个重要问题。本文根据喀什市进行的实地调查资料,对农村富余劳动力职业培训与转移现状进行了分析,提出了相应的对策建议。; Transfer of the rural surplus labor is important method for the integrative development of city and rural area, and increase of peasant's income. Based on the statistical material, the surplus labor rate is64.2% of whole labor force in kashi.in this paper, depending on the research material, doing analyses about surplus labors training,transfer situation and giving some suggestions. |
