Among these exploring practices in local governments, there are many different path ways to achieve co-governance. Cultivate and Invite NGOs to governance is one of them, it depends on three methods that are "transfer projects and establish the typical one", "make room for NGOs to join governance and establish the good pattern", "transfer power and resources to NGOs and establish standards". The aim is to cultivate and invite NGOs to join governance, realize co-governance. |
