中文摘要	我国MPA培养目标是十几年前为满足初步建设社会主义市场经济体制的要求而确立的。世易时移,在当代全面改革深化和教育竞争加剧的新形势下,传统定位存在同质化、模糊化和过渡专业化的共性问题,难以适应社会需求变化的需要。在借鉴国际经验的基础上,本文从时代发展的纵向要求、国际比较的横向视野和办学主体的差异化优势的角度提出了MPA目标再定位的思路。最后,作者以清华大学MPA培养改革实践为例,总结了MPA培养目标再定位的经验、做法和效果。; This paper analyzes the common positioning problems in the MPA cultivation objective when the public management reform and the education competition are deepened under the new situation.Based on the international comparison,the authors put forward ideas of China's MPA repositioning.In the end,this paper summarizes and analyzes the methods,experiences and effects of Tsinghua MPA reformation practice.
