中文摘要离心级联流体状态参数变化对级联的分离性能和运行安全有重要影响。扰动会造成级联流体状态参数变化,影响级联分离性能。利用数值计算可得到级联受到扰动后的流体状态参数分布,研究扰动对级联的影响。对于分离级重馏分管道安装调节装置、级联精料端安装流量调节装置、贫料端安装压强调节装置的矩形级联,扰动只向精料端方向传播。损机、供料系数增大会造成扰动级及其精料端方向各级轻馏分流量下降,供料干管阻力系数增大的作用相反。向级联引入供取料后,贫化区各级轻馏分流量增大,浓化区各级轻馏分流量减小。损机、级联供取料量变化对流体状态参数的影响最大,供料系数变化次之,供料干管阻力系数变化的影响最小。; The changes in the fluid parameters of a gas centrifuge cascade have a great impact on its performance and safety.There are various perturbations, such as in stage feeds, up-and down-streaming flows, which cause changes in the fluid parameters, and thereby affect the performance and safety of the cascade. To investigate the influence of perturbations, the distribution of the fluid parameters calculated numerically. For a rectangular cascade with a flow controller on the product flow pipe, a pressure controller on the waste flow pipe of the cascade, and a controller on the heavy fraction pipe of each stage, perturbations propagate towards the product end. Machine failures and increase in the feed coefficient lead to the decrease of the light fraction flowrates of the perturbed stage and all stages in the direction of product end. Increase in the resistance coefficient of the main feed pipe yields the opposite effect. Introducing a feed flow and withdrawal flows to the cascade causes the light fraction flowrates of the stages in the stripping section to increase and the light fraction flowrates in the enriching section to decrease. Comparatively speaking, changes produced by machine failures, feed flowrate or withdrawal flowrate have the greatest impact on the fluid parameters, followed by the changes in the feed coefficient; the changes in the resistance coefficient of the main feed pipe have the least impact.
