中文摘要伴随中国城镇化进程的推进,电缆正逐步取代架空线而广泛应用于城市配电网络。然而,随着配网电缆规模的快速增长,电缆故障也日益频发。配网电缆的运行环境大都较为恶劣,部分电缆接头长期处于潮湿的环境,甚至直接浸泡在水中,电缆内部很容易受潮,进而引发电缆绝缘故障。为此搭建了恒压负荷循环试验平台,选取3条严重受潮的10 kV XLPE电缆,利用恒压负荷循环试验将受潮电缆中的潮气和水分排出。通过测量潮气和水分排出前后电缆的绝缘电阻和介质损耗,得到绝缘电阻和介质损耗随潮气排出的变化规律,从而获得潮气对电缆绝缘特性的影响机理。; With the advance of urbanization in China, cables are gradually replacing the overhead line and have been widely used in urban distribution network. However, with the rapid growth of cables in distribution network, cable faults are also increasingly frequent. The operating environment of most cables is relatively rigorous and part of connectors are always located in a humid place, or even directly immersed in water. Subsequently, the inside of cables is so easy to damp, eventually leading to insulation faults. In this paper, a heating cycle voltage test platform was designed and three serious damp 10 kV XLPE cables were selected. The heating cycle voltage test was used to heat the damp cables, making moisture discharge. The operating characteristic curves of damp cables as well the effect of moisture on operating parameters were obtained by measuring insulation resistance, dielectric loss tangent during different periods of heating cycle voltage test.
