中文摘要电力系统基础数据是电网安全经济运行的重要基础,主要包括量测和状态估计结果两部分,对其准确性进行定量评估十分重要。针对传统的量测与状态估计结果准确度评价方法存在的不足,提出了量测与状态估计结果准确度的改进评价指标,并开发了实用化应用软件。算例部分给出了这些评价指标在南方电网内某电网的实际应用情况。; It is very important to quantify the accuracy of power system basic data,which are mainly composed by two parts: measurements and state estimation results,as these data are the crucial security-economy basis of the power system operation. Aiming at the shortage of traditional accuracy evaluation of measurements and state estimation results,this paper proposes improving evaluation indices for them,and develops a practical software. The case study on certain power system in China Southern Power Grid by using the proposed evaluation indices is given in the paper.
