中文摘要立足于解决"电网互联"和"控制独立"之间的矛盾,文中研发了适用于南方电网的网省地三级自动电压协调控制系统。分析南方电网无功电压运行和控制特点,提出了网省地一体化的层次型协调电压控制架构;重点阐述了网省协调、省地协调、基于网省协调约束的变电站优化控制、直流近区交直流协调电压控制等系统功能;描述了网省地各级控制中心间的数据交互方式及交互内容。所研发的实际系统已经在南方电网投入闭环试运行。; In order to avoid irrational reactive power flow and voltage distribution,the coordinated voltage controlsystem integrated for regional,provincial and prefectural control centers in China Southern Power Grid is proposed.The reactive power and voltage operation and control characteristics of China Southern Power Grid are analyzed.The hierarchical architecture of coordinated voltage controlsystem integrated for regional,provincial and prefectural control centers is described.Some typical applications are emphasized,including the coordination between regional and provincial control centers,the coordination between provincial and prefectural control centers,the voltage control for substations considering the provincial coordinate constraints,the coordinated voltage control for the high voltage direct current(HVDC)neighboring grids,etc,the exchange data content and mode between regional,provincial and prefectural control centers are described.The coordinated voltage control system is currently in real time operation in China Southern Power Grid.
