中文摘要To realize accurate testing of the control and protection systems, the transients in a high power electronic system are classified as electromagnetic transients, switching transients, and electro-thermal transients. A real-time hybrid simulator was developed. In the developed simulator, the real-time behavior model of power switching devices was proposed based on piecewise interpolation fit. The developed simulator was used to analyze a +/- 50 Mvar static synchronous compensator. The simulation results verify the feasibility of the real-time hybrid simulator.
