中文摘要Based on research results of transitional economics, full power quantity bidding mode and partial power quantity bidding mode are compared through general equilibrium analysis, from "dual-track" approach to transition to market economy in China. A partial power quantity bidding mode based on.generation rights trading and consumption rights trading is proposed and proved to be compatible with both market effectiveness and Pareto improving. After the analysis of Northeast China power market and East China power market, a mixed partial power quantity bidding mode applicable to market initial period is introduced. Moreover, development steps of electricity market bidding mode in China are designed toward a smooth transition to a competitive market with full power quantity mode.
