中文摘要A crack in a gas pipeline network can disrupt gas supplies to a large area. A failure propagation model for a city pipeline network was developed to simulate the scope of the failure propagation to provide a scientific basis for accident prevention. The model combined pipe-node flow model, gas leakage model, and pipeline network pressure distribution model was developed based on taking both node crack and pipe crack into consideration. Analyses of actual gas pipeline networks indicate that the model can successfully predict the scope of the failure propagation in a gas pipeline network.
