中文摘要A high efficiency centrifugal fan with backward inclined blades for series YKK 355~630 (air-air cooling, frame size 355~630 mm) was developed to increase the efficiency of three-phase high-voltage asynchronous motors without increasing total cost. The optimal fan design was found using fan theory to estimate the actual volume flow rate and pressure. The calculated results show the design makes the fan work at the maximum efficiency point, and the motor efficiency is improved because of the reduction of the fan losses. Therefore, the backward inclined blades design is a feasible way to effectively enhance the efficiency of high voltage asynchronous motors.
